Magnaflow to Flowmaster swap?(Muffler Only

I'm thinking about a swapping the magnaflows for a different sound. Will 2 chambers/AT/super 40 bolt in? Plus does anyone know where there is a sound clip of the flows with the prochamber or MRT H for an 04 Cobra? I have heard them on a GT and Mach 1. I have thought about the swap with the mac flowpath but quality and fit seem to always be an issue.
