main cap support d.s.s stud torque question

Does anybody know the torque for the smaller nuts on main caps using a.r.p. fasteners! The bigger ones are 60 ftlbs , I cant believe d.s.s would not send me torque specs for the smaller nuts! Again I switched over hardware to studs ,so the smaller studs torque on the main caps is what I am looking for! thanx
