Manley Forged Pistons PN 494200

Manley Pistons, pins, and round wire locks for sale. Pistons are Manley part # 494200. Manley has used these in engines up to 750 hp with no issues. Pistons are 4032 forging, 375 grams. Standard bore size, 3.552", fits standard 4.6 & 5.4 rod & stroke. Pins are 0.120” wall chromoly, 89 grams. The pistons have 700 miles on them, and do have some marks on the skirts. I can feel them with my finger nail, but they shouldn't have an effect on performance. The size has been checked on all 8 pistons and there’s less than 0.0005” of variance in the diameter of the set. I was going to have the skirts coated and use them in a build I’m doing, but, as it turned out, I need oversize pistons for all the bores to clean up. So I need to sell. $300 shipped.

skirts & sizes

I attempted to take some pictures of the skirts, as the skirt condition is the only thing in question on this item AFAIK. This is the worst sides of all 8. The average piston size is 3.5483” +/- 0.0002” for the set, which is great.
