I did a search and couldn't find anything on this subject. I am re-sealing my diff in the near future and I am trying to figure out the easiest way to do it. In this thread, http://www.svtperformance.com/forums/driveline-216/525320-resealing-diff-info-pics.html, Shelby Guy mentions "I find it much faster to simply mark the eccentric and remove the half-shafts, brakes, and knuckle as an assembly."

Can somebody explain in detail what he is talking about.

Thanks

Your top axis joints are used in alligning the rear tires. You mark the adjustment section so when you re-install the nuckle, your allignment isn't very far off.

Where the upper contol arm joins the knuckle there is an eccentric cam bolt used for adjusting the rear camber. Mark this cam in relation to the control arm so when you re-assemble you get the geometry relatively close to where it was before.
