Is that rust on the door bars?

Not exactly, mine retails for about 370, the one in your link has swing out door bars, these either bolt on or off.
There is some surface rust on the connectors that slide into the tube outlets. This is the only portion of the cage that is not coated, so over time, they can develop some rust on the unprotected surface.
