Maybe time for a crate engine

If I were to drop a crate engine in my 08 , what would you suggest?
Tranny/clutch are out, only exhaust n rear end attached...
Options ?

Unless you need ported heads, Id send your shortblock out to either Sean Hyland Motorsports or Billet Pro Shop.

If you want new and/or aluminum engine, Holbrook Racing Engines in Livonia, MI or JDM Engineering in NJ, L&M racing engines etc.

Like Sleek, I had no idea they still made FRPP 5.4 forged iron shortblocks! CJ Pony Parts has it for a shade over 5K. Fully forged with new 3v 13-14 GT500 oil pump.

I have a stock low Mile 2014 5.8 for sale. Have the stock heads, intake, blower, trans, CF shaft all in classifieds. These 5.8s are good to 750-800rwhp range, probably a bit more if you never race.
