Can you run a Mcleod RST clutch with a stock flywheel? I heard the stock flywheel has over hang and wont work when u rev the car over 7k RPM's. I rev mine to 7500 with the Boss intake.

No. They have different size contact areas I imagine you can but it isn't recommended.
it's the other way around. The McLeod clutch disc has an over hang over the stock flywheel, which will cause binding once the clutch disc is broken in and worn a little.
So, not a good idea to have stock flywheel with McLeod RST/RXT.
