The Von Mises shows that at 605lbf you've exceeded the Yield Strength of 6061-T6. Again, Xpress is fairly basic and I'm far from being well versed in this realm. Serpent, I'll try Solidworks Professional simulation and see if I get anywhere.</p></blockquote><p></p>
