Once again my mezier pump I am using for my intercooler system has killed off another bearing in it. There is maybe 750 miles on the pump since the last time I had to get it fixed by the manufacturer. Now its out of warranty and I believe the fee is $100 to fix. This is going to further the delay of breaking in my new Promotion clutch...

I've got a meziere water pump(engine cooling pump) on my cobra, had it on for approx 3 years with zero problems so far. Sorry to hear that you're having so many problems. Maybe if you called and complained they would work you a deal.
What did they "fix" with it, just the bearing? Thinking they did a band-aid to get you out of warranty. Possible you are air locking it causing the failure? I've had my meziere IC in car for 3yrs(About 15K mile) without issue. I have heard they like to destroy themselves if they cavitate for periods IDK.
