First off, I'm sorry I couldn't respond sooner guys. o0rikio0o your PM box is full, it won't let me PM you. Just to make it clear, the $15 handle will only fit the first design MGW shifter, the $20 handle is a universal adjustable handle that will fit any 2 or 3 hole shifter like a Tri-Ax etc. Shipping is flat rate USPS Priority mail $8.50 anywhere in US.
