Mid length header clearance issues

Hi everyone,
I've got an 04 cobra with Mid-Length headers with a rubbing issue on the k-member. It is a Maximum Motorsports K-member and the right header rattles against it. Are there any fixes for this? Or do I need to buy new headers? Not sure what to do. I bought the car like that so I'm afraid I am not able to answer any questions about the install. Any input would be appreciated.

Mine were rubbing the stock Kmember. Not sure about the MM piece yet, although I plan to switch to one in the next week or so.

What kind of Headers are they, brand size. Bassani?

I have no idea. I bought the car with the headers already installed so I have no idea. There are very few brands that sell mid-length so that narrows it down a bit. I think JBA and Bassani both sell and are the most popular.
