Pass on a GT-R. I have tried to want one, but just could not get excited any time I drove one.

I'll be honest the GTR can be boring stock. FBO E85 they really wake up but still really easy to drive though. Put them through some twisties and they are more fun.

In all seriousness though, think I can't part with the lightning if I did I just want another one .
Lightnings are just so unique. Not many vehicles can embarrass a corvette while hauling 15 bags of yard mulch.

Serious post here: Be prepared to invest serious money into the transmission and transfer case. They cant handle much more power over stock reliably. Start pushing past 600 awhp and your time bomb has started to tick.

I have personal experience with a 2015 GT-R black edition making about 600-700 awhp breaking its trans or transfer case, locking up its wheels and crashing into me at the drag strip. I paid about 5 grand out of my own pocket to fix my Shelby from the damage.
