Minor computer help needed, please

Well, apparently something got screwed today when I was installing some new software for my new cell phone. I got a Motorola SLVR today and had to install motoTunes and Motorola Phone Tools software.

Now I get this error saying ""This application has failed to start because wnaspi32.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix the problem".

I basically need some step-by-step instructions to fix it, please!!

free DLL files from a google search (http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=free+wnaspi32.dll&btnG=Google+Search) Bookmark some of those DLL sites for future reference.
Option #1. Type in the exact name of that DLL file, there are FREE dll files at various sites. D/L it on your desktop.

Reinstall the program just as it said, before you start the application, copy & paste the DLL file into that certain program folder.
Now try to open it again & see if that works.

If no luck, then my sig has some Help site forums where anything can be answered.
