Well, been trying for a year since I moved out this way to get my own location. At the first of July, I was able to locate a suitable building in a great location, that moves me a good bit more east of where I was and puts me a mile off Hwy 75. Signed the lease this morning and will be moving in today and cleaning the place up tomorrow.
