Missing part? (Whipple Install again)

So I posted this in my other thread about the crap on the blower, but I figured I'd get more responses with a specific thread.

There is a hole in the rear driver's side of my Whipple manifold. The whole lower/blower combo is buttoned up ready to drop in the car, but I have NO CLUE what this is. I bought the blower used and I literally only have a blower and a pulley.

I'm hearing this is a boost recirculation valve? Is directly from Whipple the only place I can get this part? Or does someone around here happen to have one or another idea I can use. The car is currently in pieces.

yes, that is for the boost bypass valve. you are missing the vacuum actuator as well.

Did you get the Whipple manual I sent you by email? If so, look on pages 22 and 23 of the manual...
