whats the difference between their 2 aluminum rack brushing kits? Just trying to figure out which one to get, trying to get rid of the annoying creaking sound.

Thanks

The MMST-7 kit bushings are center-drilled for stock K-members.

The MMST-6 kit bushings are offset for MM and other K-members that introduce significant changes to the geometry.

If you have a stock K-member, you'll want the MMST-7 kit.

I would think an aftermarket K-member's finish would be a bit different than most of the other components underneath the vehicle. The stock K-member is satin black color from what I recall.

Yes, the stock K is stamped steel. Aftermarket K-members are tubular steel. It should be pretty easy just looking at it to tell which it is.
