My Diamond pistons are an -11.5cc dish which come out to a 9.0:1 compression ratio so these -18cc dishes would probably come out to 8.5:1 or so. Port work on your heads wouldn't make any noticeable difference in compression ratio. Decking the head would make a slight difference.
