MMR oil pan back to stock pan

So last year when i had my engine overhauled i had my builder put an MMR oil pan on it and i had just removed my K member to do my Longtubes and noticed just how much I’m scraping my oil pan . My car only sits 1.25” lower than stock being that I’m running the Eibach Pro Kit too. Another thing i absolutely hate is not getting an accurate oil reading on my dipstick as well. So I’ve decided to go back to the stock pan. Don’t get me wrong this MMR has been a great, leak free high quality pan but it’s just not what i want. My car isn’t a race car, it’s a weekend cruiser for summer weekends . With that being said, my engine builder put a GT500 windage tray on my motor , will the GT500 windage tray work with going back to stock pan ? Another question is my builder said he “spaced the pickup tube “ for the MMR pan . Obviously this means he lowered the pickup point for the lower sump, so how do i know how high to raise the pickup tube back to stock location? Any info on these would be a big help . Thanks guys

The GT500 windage tray is just a gasket and windage tray combination. Google it and you'll see what I am talking about.

The distance from the pan to the pickup can be found via Google search. It's actually a relatively standard dimension.

Your building may have modified the pickup tube bracket and possibly the stand-off the its attached to. I'd plan on replacing at least one of those items. Both can still be bought from Ford.

Use clay and a towel over the pickup tube to get your distance. Again Google it. Super easy and don't get stuck on hitting xyz dimension. Get it in the ballpark and run it.
