I have a friend that is trying to sell me his 1990 Mustang GT. It has 103K miles on the car, and is in good shape. He is asking $7,000 for it including all the mods that are on it. The mods on the car include...

TFS Aluminum Heads
Trick Flow Cam
Ford Motorsport Hydraulic Rollers
Trick Flow 1.6 Rocker Arms
Trick Flow U/L Intake Manifolds
BBK 70mm T/B
Ford Racing Injectors
190lph Fuel Pump
CAI
Aluminum Underdrive Pullies
FMS 3.73s
Lower Control Arms
Sub-Frame Connectors
A/C Delete Kit
Flex Fan
Trunk Mounted Battery
Lakewood Bell Housing
B&M Ripper Shifter
Phantom Gauges Volts/Oil Pres./Water Temp.
Rear Seat Delete
Line Lock
Tinted Glass
17X8 Chrome Cobra R's 245/45/17 Rubber
Cervini's Stormin Normin Hood with Ram Air

He says he has made a 12 second pass with it, but I'm not sure on it. Car has been taken care of though I've known the guy for a while.

Just curious if anyone could guess what kind of power this pony is making and what could it run in the quarter mile?

Yes it is worth it! Sounds like a very nice car

I paied $5400 for my coupe, it had a new paint job, and just a low-budget rebuilt stock engine, 3.73 gears, exhaust (stock headers though) and basically no engine mods, u/d pullies, etc.

I'm still saying $7k, if you go look at what the prices are going for w/ those kinds mods.

As for HP, I'm guessing about 310 rearwheel horsepower :)

Oh, yeah I forgot to add, it has also BBK equal-length shorty headers, BBK 2.5in X-pipe, and Flowmaster Cat-back.

A car is only worth what someone will pay. I see those going for $2500-$4000 around here. I don't see alot of that as value unless you plan on it being a drag race only car. Plus all the mods tell me the cars engine might be beat up a bit.

I wouldn't pay over $4000 for it.

12 second pass could mean 12.9 or 12.0.

I wouldn't hesitate if that same car called me out for a $500 race. In other words I think it is a mid to high 12 sec car. With slicks or et streets it could be in the low 12's.
