Retro-Fit Source Morimoto Round XB LED

So I decided to "upgrade" the OEM fog/driving-lamp assemblies on my '12 GT500 with these Morimoto Round XB LEDs.

But every year, I have to submit a "claim" to have one of each side assembly replaced... One year the driver's side goes out.
Then the following year the passenger's side goes out and needs replacing & so forth.

I will submit "another claim" this spring for another one of these LED assemblies failing this past fall.

Should I just give-up & go back to the OEM fog assemblies w/ LED bulbs?

Are there any LED upgrade assembly sets other than Morimoto XB's?

Sucks!
Looks like I'm lucky or very lucky. I got mine many years ago when first release and we had a group buy on them . So far no issues here.

Yeah, it's kinda annoying...

I barely turn them on & use them... then either in August or October, one of 'em is dead; doesn't turn on at all.

So I wait until spring time to replace the defective one since it's "lifetime" warranty thru The Retro-Fit Source.

I had a similar experience with high voltage coil packs. I went back to OEM just for the reliability and piece of mind. Lifetime warranties are worthless if you have to replace the product on a routine basis. Have you asked the vendor what could be going on as to the failure rate? Bad grounds, etc?

For some unknown reason-

Currently on my CPU, I'm using Mozilla/Firefox [Private Browsing Mode]

All I see is a large AMZN logo and won't let me click a link you probably uploaded.

I may have to go to my phone & see if I can see the product-link...

Yeah, I'm liking the blue tint so that it doesn't blind on-coming drivers.
