im doing some motor work in the near future and i have some questions. i want to do a 331 kit on my stock block with a set of ford gt40 heads to match my intake so the two work well together, what else willi need to buy other than the 331 kit and the heads??

also- if i were to do my suspension, how much would that run me, just an estimate

and lastly, will a stock rear be ok to run with this more powerful motor ( and abuse:rockon: :coolman: )

As far as the rear,I have seen 500 hp cars run stock rear's and get away with it but if you going to run true slicks at the track I would invest into beafing it up in the future.The suspention all depends on what you want,you can just do drag shocks and springs for under 500.00 or invest in the coil over suspention which is alittle more.As far as the engine kit goes it all depends on where you get the kit to what else you will need,I would just talk to the people you are getting the kit from and get there input.
