I saw motor trend ran a 12.7 in their Shelby GT 500. Those guys should be hung for pulling suck garbage times like that in such a monster car.

yeah the funny part is it was exacatly a tenth slower then the vette. I have always felt motortrend spelled backwards is cheverolet. the vette may be faster but just in past articles I made my desicion about their bias opinion. I hate all the muscle car test. they need to stick to their bmws and mercadees, they drove in and talk about how great they are. like when they said something like that when testing like the 01 cobra. If I remember right they only went 13.1 in the 03-04 and car and driver went 12.9 or vis-versa. but they had good mph in both 109-110 in the cobras 116 in the shelby.

I wonder with lots of power, front weight bias and shitty street tires, that it takes some practice to be able to launch and get good times? Oh, and lots and lots of low end tq with blower.

They should have changed there name to Euro Trend years ago. Make no mistake they hate all domestic -except hybrids.

12.7 is not that bad
