moving to VA, sell or keep?

So i'm moving to VA in August and i'm in the debate to keep my 03. Is Virginia (Virginia beach area) nice enough to drive a L most of the year? Any good tune shops etc.? Otherwise i'm considering selling it in North Houston before I leave. I don't know the East coast very much at all, but all my part vendors, tuner, etc are here in Houston.

It's not that bad. I drive mine year round. The winters can be hit or miss
