I bought a fan blade from them and when it arrived I saw it had a crack in it near the middle. Called them up and told them and they had another one out to me next day. Great company.

Nothing but praise for MPS here. I've been going to them for hard to find parts for years and am needing more stuff from them soon for my 95 GT build.

A bit late to the party, but I made my first MPS purchase back in 1998 and havent had any issues, period.
Other than being over priced at times I think MPS is just fine. Haven't had to use them yet, as I've had luck locally on parts I've needed.
