Followed the instructions number by number.
Got to the step where you test if the LED turns on. It turned on but stayed on. I figured that wasn't normal, so I swapped the two main plugsat the MSD box and got the same result.
Meanwhile the blue and the blue and white wire were just resting on a box. Only the ground was hooked up.
Just for the hell of it I held the blue wire to a ground with the plugs hooked up both ways and the light blinked once and then stayed on.
Ive read of people having issues with the light staying on, but none brand new out of the box. This one also has a manufacture date of 10/22/2014
