So was it cone racing? What are the tires on the track for?

They had a short/tight autocross setup with the cones. The black new-edge GT sitting in front of the SilverHorse GT was the fastest I saw and had talent. No moving shots though; but he was quick and accurate :beer:

The main oval was setup with the offset tire-breakers to keep speeds down. I'd say you could only hit maybe 70-ish before braking to ring the relatively tight slots to pass through the barriers. It's a safety thing...and I don't know whether they were doing timed-runs on the oval or not. They were going to do timed-runs on the auto-x but I think they got rained out. I bailed right before the rain hit and didn't go back.
