I took my 03 to state inspection in NJ .I thought they checck for pollution?
The only thing the did besides the basics was to plug into the computer port under the dash. I assume they just look at the readout and if no faults are found they pass you, also I had a preditor tune I took out before inspection and then reinstalled after leaving inspection. The car has more power then ever before and pulls much diffrently now then ever before, even rips in 2nd now. I have taken tune out at least 5 times for various reasons and never felt like this. I quess it is impossible they changed anything?
Anyone know? An example is ,before at wot the power came on smooth with a little thrust in boost, now at wot it take off slow and the wham it feels like a shot of nitrus.
