My 03 motor swap!!!

Well, I have found a place that has an 03 cobra motor and they are going to install it in my 99. Can anyone think of things I may need or things that need to be done so i can be sure that no short cuts are being performed. I have not been given an estimate yet, that should be done tomorrow. Thanks for any advice given...

Here is what im getting so far...
1.03 Cobra motor with eaton..complete motor with all the brackets and hoses.
2.All new exhaust...not sure what to go with yet..
3.New fuel pump...
4.JLT intake...
5.Tell me whats a fair price and what else I will need.

I will have a warranty so I gotta keep the stock pulley on it, but I think i can do exhaust and intake.

add some wiring harness to the list... your 99 dash harness will not match the 03 engine/fender harness

That IRS is gonna need to be beefed up a little too. O and your trans. May want to think about upgrading to the T-56

You will need a kenne bell, a 99 cobra with 03 kb supercharged motor = ultimate sleeper.

also, as said above, you may want to consider a trans swap down the road. i think you'll be good for a while though. the t45 will hold for a while at the slightly modded FI level(i'm on my stock t45 still....). mine still shifts smooth as a baby's bottom!
