My bone stock track results...

I took my gt to the track its a 6 speed with 3.73's stock with 500 miles on it. I also weight it there it, it was 3730 with me in it. I got a total of 4 passes, two of the four I missed 3rd( I hate this stock shifter) I ordered a tri-ax, but it didnt come in yet. the other two runs I hit the limiter in fourth at like the 1100 foot mark. Here is my best run of the night. Every pass I bogged the crap out of the car on street tires, I suck on street tires, I may just go to et streets next time out

How exactly did it hit the rev limiter at 1100 ft down the track with just 3.73's trapping 111 mph? Doesn't figure out...

Wow...so that's 3570 without you in it. I'm surprised that these cars are this light.

If you read up a lot of people hit the limiter, thats why everyone get there limiter raised when they get a tune...It may have not been the 1000ft mark, but it was aleast 100 to 200ft before the traps

I know about these cars. Were you running shorter than stock tires?

Shortest stock tires are the 255/40/19 Brembo package tires at 27.0" tall. Even taking them into account with the 1.32 ratio 4th gears and 7,000 rpms that comes out to 114 mph.

With shorter tires I can see how you could hit the limiter a hundred feet or so before the traps.

Well I was lol, Its a base gt with 3.73's on the stock 18's, I hit the rev limiter on three passes they were all 111mph traps

The limiter closes that the throttle which really hurts the mph.
