This was mine, just sold it, ordered a DW custom birch set in Black/Burgundy/Black fade, Im auditioning to play set for the jazz band at UNT in August!

I'm sure you will be much happier with the dw set than that rockstar... i had a tama starclassic maple efx in red silk that i returned for my pearl brx, and i couldn't be more pleased with the sound...strong attack and great projection...

i believe you mean the evans hydraulic heads, I have yet to use them but have heard good things about them...they will be my next set of heads...
