ya don't. or i mean you prolly shouldn't. 30 years from now someone with your car (assuming you don't still have it) will be posting on a forum trying to find out what color green and yellow that is to reproduce the factory look. in fact, that picture may be pretty valuble in 2033. hehehehe
Those are the inspection marks. As the production line goes on, at various inspectoin points, inspectors marks assemblys with colored paint to certify proper assembly and to make sure the assembly has made it to the proper place. This was mentioned in the SVT tour on the SVT site. I think. I know I saw it somewhere.
Having done nearly 10 restorations, I can attest that havng authentic inspection marks, stickers, etc. are a major part of the resto. Companies like Eastwood and Nation Parts actually sell the stickers, crayons, stamps, etc. to do it right. Leave em on. I took pictures of the stickers, the underbody marks, and the engine detail marks to document.
If you want to remove them, mineral spirits work well, or WD40.
