I’m gonna have to highly disagree with you sir.The brindle isn’t normal with Labs. If the dog has a good temperament don’t sweat it. If it’s a dick, take it back. Looks like he’s at home though.

Never take a rescue dog home in the first place unless you are 100% sure he or she is the One.
If you return them they have a very difficult time getting
re adopted.
Ask me how I know. I’m not just speaking outta my ass.

Black Lab/Catahoula Leopard Dog
Honestly. A shelter worth anything will not put a human aggressive dog up for adoption. They test them first.Nah that's great advice Bruno! I actually don't have any experience dealing with rescue dogs or that process.
On the other hand, if a dog is a POS and has a bad temperament I don't have a real problem giving them a dirt nap. I prefer a good dog over any humans, but bad ones are a waste of time.
Thanks. If it works out ill add more pixsMoar pics, shes a wicked cutie.
Looks like a brown recluse to me

Shit happens but now you know how your dog will react in your home. You can never be sure until you do take it home. Just a couple weeks ago we tried to get our 3rd rescue and oddly enough it was a CLD. The dog was super friendly and loved getting in my lap. It came from a foster with other dogs and did fine with them. I introduced him to our larger dog away from the house and they got along fine. Took them on a couple long walks and zero issues. Take them into the yard, still good. Get them into the house, all hell breaks loose. They just would not get along. Had to take him back, which really really sucked because I was already attached to him.
