Name that electrical connection

I recently did an engine swap in my 98 GT to a 96 cobra motor. I need help on where this strap bolts onto the car (I didn't remove it!). If you have pics that would be great!

(It's the dangly wire right in front of the rack)

Is there a sensor that goes into the oil pan on the driver's side?? I used my GT harness on the cobra engine and don't know if there is a provision for it.

it goes on the same stud as the body ground strap .. the motor mount stud...

the sensor on the oil pan i think is for the low oil level ..but not sure as i dont have the stock block or oil pan ..

yup but sometimes its a bitch to get it on the motor mount I think anywhere on a clean spot on the motor would be ok, and no I think that extra hole in your oil pan is something someone else did maybe for a supercharger oil line

It doesn't have a hole in it, just for a sensor. Do our cars really have a low oil light that works?? Ha

yes they do.

IIRC it is a white sensor that goes into it. cylindrical, and about an inch long.
