why dont u buy a crappy computer and use it as a home FTP server and just set up a default login and when u post link also post the username and password to log in then they can just download the vids. and use ur home line i'm sure u wont get it bogged down average cable lines give 3mb downstream that shouldnt get to saturated. so just do that dude saves u from havin to rent web space.
