My mom has made it a few years in California without cats on her '98 GT by keeping the car registered in Alabama (claiming she's only living in CA temporarily), but this year Alabama changed the law and won't let her renew the tag without proof of residency...sooo, time to put the cats back on so she can pass emissions and get a tag.
She lives in Madera, so if anyone within 3-4 hours of her has one she could pick it up. Otherwise, if it's cheap enough we could pay to have it shipped (though I'm not sure how you'd ship one of those monstrosities). Let me know what you've got...PM or email works best because I don't stop by the board too often these days.
