Does anybody know what kind of driveshaft will fit to connect a 9" rear to an AOD trans that is mated to a 302?
I was told by someone that a T5 will work, but was hoping someone had experience with it before I go buy one. I will measure over the weekend to find out exactly.
Also, the previous owner stated there is a cable that goes from the transmission to the carb to tell the AOD trans when to shift, and that cable needs to be 'timed'.
Anyone have experience with either of these?
