need FPDM help

Im going to be running a single aeromotive 340 stealth pump combined with a kenne bell 40 amp bap wired pre fpdm with a 10 gauge wiring upgrade to the fpdm before the bap and after the fpdm to the pump.( approx 433lph flow ) Will i need to upgrade the fpdm due to the higher amperage draw of the 340 pump or will 1 single oem fpdm be sufficient? This is on an 01 cobra which came from ford with 1 pump intank.

The factory FPDM is actually good for "2" stock Cobra pumps so one Aeromotive 340 will be fine with a single stock FPDM.

For the 2003 and 2004 Mustang Cobras, Ford saw fit to equipped these Mustangs with a single FPDM for both fuel pumps. This was possible as 2 stock Cobra fuel pumps pull approximately 18A of current. A single stock FPDM can supply approximately 20A of current before going into thermal shutdown.
