Need help asap picking headgaskets

I have a turbo 01 cobra and im getting ready to do a forged bottom end. It has a teksid alum block and stock 01 heads. Im wanting to go with the fel-pro permatorque MLS head gaskets however theres different part numbers listed for a 01 cobra vs a 03 cobra. since im boosted do i use the 03 part numbers ? the 01 cobra part numbers: FEL-PRO Part # 9790PT2 FEL-PRO Part # 9792PT2 The 03 cobra part numbers FEL-PRO Part # 26187PT FEL-PRO Part # 26222PT Thanks SVTP !!!!
