had car fail emissions...i bought the parts myself that the shop was going to swap...they wanted $1200...so far i'm in for like $250 in parts, almost done. just have one more issue. i changed the egr valve/gasket, replaced some vacuum hose under manifold, changed egr position sensor, and changed the "diverter" valve for the emissions system.
Anyway, issue is:
in the engine compartment, mounted on the backside of the passenger shock tower is a small black component that has an electrical connector attached to it. Directly below that is two small hard lines that are grometted together at this component. I need to know where these lines go to...mine were snapped off at this component. can someone w/ a 5.0 Fox go out and to their car to help me out? Thanks!

oh yeah, the component is called the engine vacuum regulator. i have seen through schematics that these lines go to the back of the egr valve, and a 3 T junction near the "vacuum check valve"...where is that?

Those are hard plastic vac tubes.
Green one on the top, goes directly to the EGR valve.
Red one on the bottom, goes to manifold vacuum under the upper intake.
That "gromet" is just a rubber vac manifold/junction.
