Need help identify wire harness

I need identifying a wiring harness/plug. Today I removed my inner splashshield to fix my leaking winshield washer reservoir and noticed a plug dangling loose and not connected to anything. It's the main wire and off of it is the wire to washer reservoir. Does anyione have an idea of what the wiring harness is and where is it supposed to hang (factory). I can send pics for further clarification. Thanks.

Is it a big plug... about 1"x2" and has a bunch of wires?

If so that plug is not plugged in to anything. It is suppose to be clipped to the left frame rail.

The only other plugs on that side are the washer motor and horns
