Need help identifying Saleen center cap.

If memory serves me correct, I got this cap with a set of OEM 99-04 staggered chrome Saleen wheels. The cap was siliconed into the wheel, so I believe it is not correct for the 99-04 wheels. I currently have a set of 94-98 LeMans wheels and they use a completely different style cap as well. This cap has a chrome plated aluminum medallion glued to a plastic retainer. I am looking for 3 more of these to use with a set of 18" SC replica wheels. If anyone can identify this cap to help me with my search, I would be eternally grateful.

"HD-94" can be seen on the back of the plastic.

I figured as much, I guess I was just trying to avoid making an account on another forum I wouldn't post on more than once or twice. lol

I believe there are 2 sizes in this cap style. 2 7/16 and 2 5/8 I have 00-775 and all the rims are authentic and I had to use silicon on one of mine to keep from losing it.
