Need help in San Diego

I am seriously considering a 92 vert in San Diego, however I am on the other side of the country[NC]. I am in contact with the owner and he is more than happy to let someone look it over.
Is anyone willing/able to check the car over thoroughly for me, as if you were buying it?
If it checks out, I am definitely going to make an offer. I would obviously have it shipped, but first things first. Thanks
