Need Help Installing Fuel Pressure Gauge

I am installing an Auto Meter electrical fuel pressure gauge and I want to mount the sending unit in a remote location, on the fire wall.

My question is: Do I need to bleed the air out of the add on line going to the sender, before I put the sender on the line? Or, will the air circulate out when I start the car? Since fuel does not actually flow through the line as it is basically a dead end, I am unsure if air in the line will become trapped and cause problems with accurate readings.

Thanks in advance for any info.:)
