Need help mounting a front license plate..

Just bought an 03 Cobra and in this state I need a front plate. I don't want to drill any holes in the bumper. I've seen a few screwless/mountless brackets but only for 05+ mustangs. Anything for a cobra?

On my old GT with a cobra bumper, I just used zipties. Wasn't great but a better alternative to bumper holes.

I have a couple also. Very nice piece and easy to install/remove.
