I have this weird issue when pushing my clutch pedal in after the car (2011 Shelby) sits over night and cools down and even gets a little worse it seems if it sits for a few days. Here's how it goes, When I push the clutch pedal in, just as it starts to travel in (down), I feel a slight "just for an instant" notchy feel in the pedal and hear a faint popping noise and the pedal continues down with no more issues. It only happens one time and it only happens when the car is cold and sits over night. After it happens, it will not duplicate at all until the car cools back down and sits for a period of time. I can drive it all day with no more issues. What could be causing this? Any help would be appreciated!

I kind of thought pressure plate or slave cylinder issue. Right on with the McLeod. Now, if we can get the 1~2 gear issue solved, all would be good. Thanks for the input!
