Need Help on Seats..Coupe and Conv..Cobra owners

I am selling my Stock 2003 Cobra Seats..They are off of my Coupe.

They are on Ebay and I got an email asking me if they would fit a Convertible.

Is their a difference between the Back Coupe Seats and the back Convertible Seats?

I would think they are the same? But i want to double-check.

The convertible seats have a seatbelt guide that I don't think is on the coupe seats.
