I am looking for some advice on how to paint my SVE Drift wheels. I have the flat black rims but I am not happy how much brake dust sticks to them. I am wanting to paint them gloss black so they will wipe clean with easy. Since I am staying with black and just changing the finish I think I will not have to prime them before paint? So I need to clean them, sand them, clean them, 3 coats of gloss, and 3 clear coats, about right?
