I am in the process of deleting the EGR. I am lost and unsure what to do with the vacuum lines that connect to the DPFE(??) to the throttle body. And I also noticed that my 96 has a different bracket than 99+. The DPFE connects onto this bracket along with the throttle and cruise control lines whereas newer 99+ have seperate brackets. So if anyone the bracket, I would buy it off you!
Pictures would help the most! And please explain how you did the vacuum lines (ex. cut and cap or run new lines, etc.)
I have looked all over online and no one goes into much detail other than remove the valve, egr, egr tube, and capping the manifold/headers.
