need help timing my 4v

what do you do to time a 4v im stuck heads are off the car its a 98 cobra can any one help me out with this step by step directions or send me a link any help would be great

If you're not degreeing the cams, point your crank keyway towards the tdc marking on the front cover. With the heads off the car have the cam keyways pointing straight down. Put the heads on and match up the painted markings on you cam gears and secondary chain. Then do the same for the primary chain and crank gears. Make sure to turn the motor a few times to make sure there is no pvt contact.
