Jus got a new sos pod with autometer guages. Where does everyone wire their lights into and run the boost guage line thru? Any help would be greatly appreciated fellas! Thanks
Might want to search the tech sections for boost gauge specifics...
For gauge lighting:
I tapped into the headlight "dimmer" circuit so that my aftermarket gauge faces all "dim" at the same level as the speedo/cluster. Once you pull the headlight knob and speedo/cluster trim bezel, it's easy to access the actual wire (forget the actual wire I used, it's been documented in past threads though - IIRC, some blue striped wire??)
To actually power the gauges:
I picked up power (12V+) via one of the other circuits by the fuse box with one of those "Littlefuse" add-a-circuit fuses down by the driver kickpanel. Then, simply connect your grounds to one wire and mount to an existing ground source (maybe a screw or bolt) or you can always drill out a new hole to ground your gauge circuits.
